The Convention of Philippine Baptist Churches (CPBC) provided assistance to 122 farmer families in Iloilo and 98 in Capiz, total of 220 families for recovery of their farmlands destroyed by floods caused by 3 typhoons that came one after the other in early 2018 – Tembin, Kai-tak and Bolaven. Assistance for this project came from Malaysia Baptist Convention (MBC), Canadian Baptist Ministries (CBM), German Baptist Union (GBC) and International Ministries/American Baptist Churches (IM/ABC). The farmer beneficiaries expressed thanks and gratefulness to APBAid/APBF and the kind donors for the assistance that they received where they were able to rehabilitate their farms that is the source of their livelihood.
