Pastor Alex HernandezAlex Hernandez is the Youth Director of Luzon Convention Southern Baptist Churches. He took up theological studies at Compraise School of Ministry (a PBTS extension) and at South East Asian Theological School. At present, he is actively involved in LCSBC as the SBYL Youth Director.

Keynote Speakers
Dr. Ellen JamirEllen is currently teaching at Oriental Theological Seminary, Dimapur Nagaland in the Counseling Department. She also provides psychotherapy services at NMHRC (local hospital) and often engages in psychoeducation initiatives in the community and volunteers as a member with the Forum for Naga Reconciliation and is a strong advocate for peace and mental well-being. Trained both here in India and the US, Ellen has a wide range of experiences serving as an educator, pastor, and working as a counselor with various groups of individuals and families in different settings.
Rev. Steve DixonTeam Leader of the Youth and Young Adult Ministry Baptist Association of Churches (NSW and ACT), Steve commenced on staff at Morling in 2013 and oversees our youth ministry offerings. Steve has a passion to see 5e local church be effective in its ministry for and with the next generation. Steve also works with the Baptist Association of Churches in NSW and ACT to support and equip churches in their youth adult ministries.
